If you recently received an email requesting that you delete your unused duplicate accounts,  use Option 1 to enter the USERNAME and LAST NAME for each account, and then you can delete the account(s) you don't want any more when you are directed to the "My Account" page for that account.

If you have forgotten your username/password and you want it emailed to you, use Option 2 -- but we can only email this information to the email address that you used when you first signed up for your account.

Please note that any accounts that did not have ANY credits listed in them were recently deleted for privacy reasons, so if you aren't able to find an old account, we recommend that you create a new account and take a bit of time to input your credits so that you will benefit the most from the site.
